The Doggie Zodiac Calendar

For years we've had the Japanese and the Chinese zodiac calendars. I feel that we need a new one. It's time to find you're inner dog breed.
          According to animal planet the top ten dog breeds are:
1. Labrador Retriever

2. German Shepherd Dog

3. Yorkshire Terrier

4. Beagle

5. Golden Retriever

6. Bulldog

7. Boxer

8. Dachshund

9. Poodle

10. Shih Tzu. 
Since we need 12 dog breeds I'm going to through in my 2 favorite breeds, the Samoyed and the Alaskan husky.    
       These are the dogs that will be featured on the calendar. Check back on this project in a few days to see your breed sign.

Alaskan husky- The Alaskan Husky is very sporty and a good team player but can get brawny at times.

 
Beagle- The beagle is usually happy and loving but at times can be mischievous and naughty.

 

Boxer- The boxer is sweet and goofy when around family but when there are strangers around, they are very protective.


  Bulldog- Despite the bulldogs tough appearance, they are actually very friendly and love to be around other people.
 

Dachshund- The Dachshund is always determined and high is spirit. They will never give up even when life is tough. 

 German Shepherd Dog- The German Shepherd Dog is fearless and highly confident. They use their 5 senses very well along with their intelligent mind.
                                  

Golden Retriever- Golden retrievers are active, kind, and gentle. They are very loyal to everyone of their friends.
 
Labrador Retriever- The Labrador Retriever is kindly outgoing and eager to please other people. They love to eat but could always go for a swim.
 
 Poodle- The Poodle is know for their super intelligence and their sense of humor. Because of this they are a special part of someones life.

Samoyed- The Samoyed is very happy and tries to always makes good out of bad. They love to smile but, no matter what they’ll always smile the brightest when being loved by their family.
  Shih Tzu- The Shih Tzu is reliable and very trustworthy. They enjoy being around other people and could always use a nap.

Yorkshire Terrier- Yorkies hate boring! Even though their smart and independent, they need a active life.
